HOMEWARES REFUNDS & RETURNS
Homewares items can be exchanged in store within 7 days of delivery.
To exchange or return a homewares product please visit your nearest FurnitureCo store where you’ll be able to request an exchange for your item (subject to availability) or request a refund.
Alternatively, you can email us at email@example.com for help returning your item by mail.
Please note that products posted are at your own cost and risk, and freedom shall not refund for products that are not received, or that are received broken or damaged. When returning to our warehouse, refunds are typically processed within 14 days from receipt of the goods.
Furniture items cannot be returned or exchanged, except at FurnitureCo’s absolute discretion.
